Senior General Manager – Operations

With over 25 years of experience in the development sector, Sharmila has dedicated her career to empowering children, youth, and women from underserved communities. She is a postgraduate in Social Work with specialized certification in CSR and Sustainability and has led several transformative initiatives in education, human rights, and sports for development.

At LPF, she spearheads program operations, partnerships, and outreach, ensuring seamless execution and measurable social impact. Her strategic vision, compassionate leadership, and unwavering commitment to gender equality continue to inspire and guide thousands of Girls toward a brighter future.

Kalyani Nanajkar

General Manager - School Project

An LPF Alum (LILA Fellow) 1998, Kalyani has a Masters Degree in Personnel Management and 23 years of work experience. A great leader, Kalyani has played a key role in setting up and supporting every department at LPF. Kalyani leads the Undergraduate & Postgraduate Scholarship Project at LPF. Kalyani is also responsible for new/ exsiting Partner’s engagement and project reporting. In her free time, Kalyani likes to read and write poems in Marathi.

Aboli Inamdar

General Manager - Finance & Accounts

Aboli is a Commerce graduate, who has worked with ICICI Bank. After finishing her tenure with ICICI, she worked as a pre-school teacher.

Working with LPF since 2019, Aboli leads the Finance & Accounts department at LPF and is responsible for Scholarship Claims Process, Donor’s fund utilization and reporting, compliance, audit and internal employee payroll. During her free time, Aboli likes to play chess, go for a swim and cook.

Viidulaa Karrandikar

Manager Fundraising, Marketing & Communications

Viidulaa has completed her Masters in Commerce. She has been working with LPF since 2021.

She works as Assistant Manager in the Scholarship process department in LPF. She is also responsible for the communication with partners for Project updates and reports. She has previously worked in Automobile and Digital Marketing companies.

In her spare time, she likes to read and travel for leisure.

Harshali Gaikwad

Manager – Learning & Development/ Training

An Engineer by profession, Harshali joined LPF in 2016. Harshali oversees the Skill Building, Training, Mentoring and Industry Visits Initiatives for the LILA Daughters.. Additionally Harshali leads Corporate Partners’ Employee Volunteering Initiatives.

Harshali likes to learn about new technologies in her spare time.

Asmita Shinde

Assistant Manager – UG & PG Scholarship Project (Pune)

Asmita completed her Master of Personnel Management and joined LPF in 2016, becoming a valued member of the Foundation’s journey. As an Assistant Manager, she leads the Undergraduate and Postgraduate Scholarship Process of Pune region and oversees partner reporting with dedication and precision. Known for her calm approach and strong commitment to her work, she brings reliability and focus to every task. Outside of work, she enjoys reading books, long drives, and travelling, reflecting her thoughtful and explorative nature.

Nishad Pattewale

Assistant Manager – Operations (Bengaluru)

Nishad Pattewale is a committed development professional and a proud LILA Fellow from the 2013 batch. Her journey with LPF came full circle when she joined the Foundation’s team in 2020. Since then, she has led key initiatives with dedication — first heading the Hyderabad operations for two years, and now driving LPF’s work in Bengaluru.

Known for her energy, optimism, and hands-on leadership, Nishad brings infectious enthusiasm to every task she takes on. Beyond her professional role, she is passionate about monsoon trekking and is a trained dancer, reflecting her vibrant and dynamic personality.

Naseema Shaik

Assistant Manager – Scholarship Project (Hyderabad)

Naseema Shaik is an accomplished professional with a Master’s Degree in Commerce and over 19 years of diverse experience, including roles in accounting and long-term project coordination. She joined LPF in 2023 and currently leads the Undergraduate Scholarship Project in Hyderabad as Assistant Manager.

Naseema is known for her strong administrative capabilities, meticulous project management, and sincere commitment to supporting students through the scholarship process. Outside of work, she enjoys listening to music and expressing her creativity through cooking

Snehal Kubade

Assistant Manager - Scholarship Project (Wardha & Nagpur)

Snehal has completed her Masters's Degree in Commerce and 8 years of work experience. Snehal leads the Undergraduate Scholarship Projects at Wardha & Nagpur. In free time, Snehal likes to go for bird watching and volunteering saving wildlife and also is interested in regular fitness.

Priya Gulhane

Assistant Manager – Scholarship Project (Amravati)

Priya has completed her M.A in English literature and 7 years of work experience in LPF. Priya is playing a key role in the Training program & scholarship process in Amravati. Priya is also responsible for all the processes of the Amravati office. In her free time, Priya likes to cook & listen to music.
