Role Summary

Executive or Senior Executive - Fund Raising & Partners Engagement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing fundraising plans as per the guidance of the Manager.
  • Support in drafting proposals, meeting notes, MOU’s, project reports and donor presentations.
  • Maintain a donor database and ensure timely follow-ups, acknowledgments, and updates.
  • Support the Manager in building strategic partnerships with corporates, institutions, and other stakeholders.
  • Engage with existing partners to maintain regular communication and strengthen relationships - expand them in terms of financial resources and coverage.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare partnership decks, and take minutes of partner calls or reviews.
  • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly fundraising reports and dashboards for review with the Manager.
  • Work closely with communication, finance, and program teams to align donor expectations with ground realities.
  • Provide insights and feedback on improving fundraising efficiency and engagement strategies.
  • Build fund raising strategy to achieve financial targets through Institutions and Individual Donors.
  • Establish and expand relationships with the CSR ecosystem with a special focus on Corporations, Corporate/Promoter led Foundations, Philanthropic Foundations, Social Funding Institutions, High Net Worth Individual for fund raising and strategic partnerships and crowd fundraising in India and oversees. Plan and manage innovative marketing efforts.
  • Understand Corporate CSR goals and build the projects of mutual interest in consultation with project teams.

Qualification, Skills & Competencies:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any field like Social Work, Development Studies or similar.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in fundraising, CSR, partnerships, or donor management (NGO or corporate CSR preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (English & local language)
  • Proposal and report writing, time management skills
  • Presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfortable with MS Office, experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CSR trends, fundraising tools, and legal compliance (like FCRA, 80G) is helpful.
  • Must be detail-oriented, strategic, and passionate about social causes.

Role Summary

Executive/Sr. Executive - School Project will plan and organize scholarship interview process, claims process, school aids distribution and training programs for LPF girls from School project. She will execute employee volunteering program of Corporate Partners and also generate progress reports.

  • Interact with the School authorities – school teachers, principals and counsellors for organizing scholarship interviews for the new batch, organize claims process, school aid procurement & distribution and gathering girls’ learning requirements.
  • Plan and co-ordinate the training programs/ workshops/ exposure visits for girls from secondary, higher secondary and graduation course of the School project.
  • Organize school activities & events for establishing better engagement & connect with the girls and their parents.
  • Connect with Corporate Partners through in person and on call interactions. Plan and execute employee volunteering programs along with them.
  • Track academic & training performance of the girls and generate various project progress reports/ impact reports.

Qualification, Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in any discipline with 4-6 years’ experience with a non-profit organization. Alternatively, a Corporate CSR/ HR/ Training & Development professional with a passion and commitment to work with non-profit organization may be considered.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills, presentation and customer centricity skills.
  • Advance MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Google survey, analysis & reporting tools.
  • Multitasking & Flexibility.

Role Summary

Executive – Operations will support Assistant Manager – Projects in managing Undergraduate Scholarship and Skills Building Project in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and evaluate scholarship claims from the Scholars and process the same till the bank transfer of scholarship amount in their respective bank accounts. Maintain record of the claims/ unclaimed/ pending amount in the databases as well as in the recipient’s personal files and accounts file.
  • Prepare funds utilization reports for the donors at the end of each financial year.
  • Support Assistant Manager – Projects in evaluating online & in person applications, shortlisting students and planning interviews, organizing scholarship award event and orientation program.
  • Manage and maintain good relationships and records of the pass-outs and current LPF Girls.
  • Support to Assistant Manager- Projects in scholarship process awareness initiatives, Skill Building/ Training programs and Corporate CSR Partners’ employee volunteering programs.

Qualification, Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelor/ Master Degree in Commerce/ Accounting with 2-4 years of work experience with a non-profit organization. Alternatively a Corporate CSR professional with a passion and commitment to work with non-profit organization may be considered.
  • Advance MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) skills and well versant with tools like Google Survey etc.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills and conversant with local language.
  • Multitasking & Flexibility.
