Role Summary

Executive- Communication will support the Communication Lead in designing the advertising, communications, PR and media creatives in line with LPF’s vision, mission and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Planning, scheduling, implementing, monitoring, and reporting the school scholarship project for three phases – Phase I: 7 to 10th grade, Phase 2: 11th & 12th grade and Phase 3: Undergraduation.
  • • Work closely with the school authorities and committee members in planning and implementing the overall school project.
  • • Manage the school scholarship process – planning the eligibility criterais, communicating the process in the schools and to the high school girls and undergraduate girls, organize the written assessments, interviews, complete the final selection and scholarship allotments.
  • • Organize the award functions, orientation programs, organize the connect forums with the girls and ongoing communication with the girls and their parents on timely intervals.

Qualification, Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelor in Mass Communication/Marketing.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in Marketing/ Communication, preferably with an NGO.
  • Knowledge of Canva and other creative software for photo editing and creative design.

  • Bachelor/ Master Degree in any discipline with 4-6 years’ experience with a non-profit organization. Alternatively a Corporate CSR/ HR/ Training & Development professional with a passion and commitment to work with non-profit organization may be considered.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills, presentation and customer centricity skills.
  • Advance MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Google survey, analysis & reporting tools.
  • Multitasking & Flexibility.

Role Summary

Manager/ Senior Manager- School Project will lead the ‘School Project – 2morrow 2gether’ end to end for the girls from Pune city and rural schools. She will be accountable for running school scholarship project from 7th grade upto Graduation which also includes skill building, counselling programs and need based school infrastructure support. She will be accountable for funds raising, donors/ partners engagement, finance management, project and financial reporting.

  • Work with the Marketing & communication team to communicate the school project stories, updates through varied internal and external communication platform.
  • Assist in corporates/ institutional fund raising and preparing proposals. Build engagement with the partners to run employee volunteering programs and internship & placements offered by them. Provide timely project progress and funds utilization reports to the partners.
  • Ensure the quality and effectiveness of data management and reporting using customized software. Conduct the periodical outcome and impact assessment and analysis and assist in the decision-making process.
  • Lead a team to achieve the expected goals and outcomes of the school project.

Qualification, Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelor/ Master degree in any discipline with 10-16 years’ experience in a non-for-profit set up/ corporate social responsibility/ education institution.
  • Passion, great attitude and commitment for working towards the cause of Girls Education/ Women Empowerment.
