Role Summary

The Trainee - Scholarship Process assist in the Undergraduate/ Postgraduate (UG/PG) scholarship process through scheduling, coordination and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager and team for preparing scholarship process documents of the applicants.
  • Schedule scholarship applicants for the interviews and coordinate the interviews.
  • Follow up with the Scholarship awardees for seeking their academic progress.
  • Maintain and update database / progress reports of scholarship awardees.
  • Work on customized software for recording scholarship awardees’ progress.

Qualification, Skills & Competencies:

  • Graduation/Post graduation in any stream.
  • Fresher or upto 1 year experience in administrative function.

Role Summary

Manager – Sustainability, Marketing & Communication will lead LPF’s Fundraising, Marketing and Communication function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build fund raising strategy to achieve financial targets through Institutions and Individual Donors.
  • Establish and expand relationships with the CSR ecosystem with a special focus on Corporations, Corporate/Promoter led Foundations, Philanthropic Foundations, Social Funding Institutions, High Net Worth Individual for fund raising and strategic partnerships and crowd fundraising in India and oversees. Plan and manage innovative marketing efforts.
  • Understand Corporate CSR goals and build the projects of mutual interest in consultation with project teams. Write fund raising applications/ proposals and present the proposals.
  • Manage existing partners’ relationships and expand them in terms of financial resources and coverage.
  • Plan, develop and implement LPF’s marketing, communication and public relations strategies and activities. Define metrics, monitor progress and evaluate performance.
  • Plan, design and manage the editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all publications of LPF. Ensure articulation of LPF’s desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image internally and externally.

Qualification, Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelor/ Master Degree in any discipline with 10-12 years of experience in customer facing role in fundraising, marketing & communication function at NGOs.
  • Knowledge of Indian & International markets and fundraising for charity. Sectorial exposure to fundraising including financial modelling and proposal writing.
  • Very strong acumen in Business Development & Marketing. Superior networking, communication, and presentation skills. Entrepreneurial, innovative mind-set with high-energy level and the passion to succeed.

Senior Executive/ Executive – Marketing & Communication will be supporting the Management in designing the advertising, communications, PR and media creatives in line with LPF’s vision, mission, and strategy.

Role Summary

Senior Executive/Executive – Training will plan and organize training programs for LILA Daughters from the Undergraduate/ Postgraduate Scholarship project. She will execute the employee volunteering program of Corporate CSR Partners and publish reports.

  • Plan and execute workshops, industrial visits and online training programs. Prepare monthly training calendar and implement as per the plans.
  • Connect with Corporate CSR Partners through in person and on call interactions. Plan and execute employee volunteering programs along with them and share summary reports.
  • Coordinate with Trainers / online training providers, organize logistics, and communicate to the LILA Daughters for their enrolments. Communicate feedback summary to trainers after the training program.
  • Ensure timely updation of training software and database maintenance. Prepare analysis and recommendations for the effectiveness.
  • Prepare monthly skill building & training program update and share quarterly updates with the Corporate CSR Partners.
  • Work closely with Scholarship Process team in sharing Corporate CSR Partners wise progress of the supported LILA Daughters.

Qualification, Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelor/ Master Degree in any discipline with 2-7 years’ experience with a non-profit organization. Alternatively, a Corporate CSR/ HR/ Training & Development professional with a passion and commitment to work with non-profit organization may be considered.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills, presentation and customer centricity skills.
  • Advance MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Google survey, analysis & reporting tools.
  • Multitasking & Flexibility.

Other requirements:

  • LPF operates for 6 days a week. The candidate should be ready to work on all Sundays; weekly off will be on one fixed working day.
