Role Summary

• Executive/ Senior Executive – Marketing & Communication will be responsible for designing the marketing, communications, PR and media creatives in line with LPF’s vision, mission, strategy and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, write and disseminate content for e-mailers, short films/ videos of various events/ programs.
  • Work with PR agency on Public Relations releases.
  • Create and develop content for Website, Newsletter, Annual Reports and Social media.
  • Design creatives and relevant content with the use of photo editing software such as Canva.
  • Design and develop the content for LPF Marketing Collaterals and social media platforms
  • Act as a storyteller, who can combine visuals, designs and writing in a powerful way.

Qualification, Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelors/ Master’s Degree in Mass Communication/ Marketing/ Communication.
  • 3-8 years of work experience in Marketing & Communication
  • Proficiency in creating, editing, and promoting written, visual, and digital content.
  • Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.

Other requirements:

Role Summary

General Manager will lead end to end Undergraduate/Postgraduate Scholarship Process, Project Monitoring & Evaluation, Reporting and Partner/ Donors Engagement for all LPF regions. This role reports directly to CEO of LPF.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the team in HQ and regions to plan and execute end to end undergraduate/ postgraduate scholarship process– application, interviews, selection, award function and orientation.
  • Build engagement with the corporate partners/ donors and provide timely project progress reports to them.
  • Establish academia connects with colleges/ universities to seek their support towards LPF projects.
  • Ensure the quality and effectiveness of data management and reporting using technology platforms and other tools. Provide inputs for the technology platform upgradation and enhancement.
  • Conduct the periodical outcome and impact assessment and analysis and assist in the decision-making process.
  • Create engagement platforms for the LILA Girls/ LILA Fellows (LPF scholarship recipients).

Qualification, Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelor/ Master Degree in any discipline with 10+ years’ work experience in non-profit/ corporate social responsibility/ education institution/relevant domain.
  • Proven leadership skills – leading self, people and organization.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organization skills, customer centricity skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills and multitasking.
  • Flexible for frequent travels in the regions.
  • Advance MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Google survey, analysis & reporting tools.
