Role Summary

Assistant Manager – Scholarship Process & Operations will lead overall LPF Bengaluru operations, engage with LPF’s Corporate CSR Partners and lead end to end LPF Undergraduate Scholarship and Skill Building Project in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless and effective day to day LPF’s operations in Bengaluru.
  • Liaison with Corporate CSR partners through in person and on-call meetings, prepare and share periodic project and financial updates reports, discuss the plans, challenges and implement solutions. Plan and execute employee volunteering programs for Corporate CSR partner and publish reports.
  • Connect with Academic institutes and on-board principals, HoDs and students to create awareness about LPF scholarships.
  • Lead Scholarship selection process. Evaluate online & in person applications, shortlist students and plan interviews, organize scholarship award event and orientation program.
  • Plan and implement Skill Building/ Training & Development programs along with the industry expert trainers, LPF Alumni and employee volunteers of Corporate CSR Partners.
  • Engage with the LILA Girls – scholarship recipients throughout their academic course duration.

Qualification, Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelor / Master Degree in any discipline with 8-12 years of work experience with a non-profit/ corporate organization.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills, conversant with local regional language. Excellent presentation, networking and customer centricity skills and leadership skills.
  • Advance MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and well versant with tools like Google Survey.

Other requirements:

  • Female candidates only can apply. LPF operates 6 days a week. 2nd & 4th Saturdays would be off effective from February 2024.

Executive – Accounts & Operations will support Assistant Manager – Projects in managing Undergraduate Scholarship and Skills Building Project in Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and evaluate scholarship claims from the Scholars and process the same till the bank transfer of scholarship amount in their respective bank accounts. Maintain record of the claims/ unclaimed/ pending amount in the databases as well as in the recipient’s personal files and accounts file.
  • Prepare funds utilization reports for the donors at the end of each financial year.
  • Support Assistant Manager – Projects in evaluating online & in person applications, shortlisting students and planning interviews, organizing scholarship award event and orientation program.
  • Manage and maintain good relationships and records of the pass-outs and current LPF Girls.
  • Support to Assistant Manager- Projects in scholarship process awareness initiatives, Skill Building/ Training programs and Corporate CSR Partners’ employee volunteering programs.

Qualification, Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelor/ Master Degree in Commerce/ Accounting with 2-4 years of work experience with a non-profit organization. Alternatively a Corporate CSR professional with a passion and commitment to work with non-profit organization may be considered.
  • Advance MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) skills and well versant with tools like Google Survey etc.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills and conversant with local language.
  • Multitasking & Flexibility.

Role Summary

Executive/ Senior Executive – Marketing & Communication will be responsible for designing the marketing, communications, PR and media creatives in line with LPF’s vision, mission, strategy and projects.

  • Design creatives and relevant content with the use of photo editing software such as Canva.
  • Design and develop the content for LPF Marketing Collaterals and social media platforms.
  • Act as a storyteller, who can combine visuals, designs and writing in a powerful way.

Qualification, Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelors/ Master’s Degree in Mass Communication/ Marketing/ Communication.
  • 3-8 years of work experience in Marketing & Communication
  • Proficiency in creating, editing, and promoting written, visual, and digital content.
  • Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.
