Role Summary

Executive – Operations will support Assistant Manager - Operations in managing Undergraduate Scholarship and Skills Building Project in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and evaluate scholarship claims from the Scholars and process the same till the bank transfer of scholarship amount in their respective bank accounts. Maintain record of the claims/ unclaimed/ pending amount in the tally software, databases as well as in the recipient’s personal files and accounts file.
  • Prepare funds utilization reports for the donors at the end of each financial year.
  • Support Assistant Manager – Operations in evaluating online & in person applications, shortlisting students and planning interviews, organizing scholarship award event and orientation program.
  • Manage and maintain good relationships and records of the pass-outs and current LPF scholars.
  • Support to Assistant Manager- Operations in scholarship process awareness initiatives, Skill Building/ Training programs and Corporate CSR Partners’ employee volunteering programs.

Qualification, Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelor/ Master degree in Commerce/ Accounting with 2-4 years experience with a non-profit organization. Alternatively a Corporate CSR professional with a passion and commitment to work with non-profit organization may be considered.
  • Working experience in Tally software.
  • Advance MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) skills and well versant with tools like Google Survey etc.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills and conversant with local language.
  • Advance MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and well versant with tools like Google Survey.
  • Multitasking & Flexibility.

  • Interact with the School authorities – school teachers, principals and counsellors for gathering requirements. Interact with students and their parents.
  • Plan and co-ordinate the training programs/ workshops/ exposure visits for girls from secondary, higher secondary and graduation course.
  • Manage logistics for training activities including venues and training aids. Ensure attendance is marked and feedback is collected from the participants. Track and report training outcomes.
  • Coordinate with Trainers / online training providers, organize logistics, and communicate to the LPF Scholars for their enrolments. Communicate feedback summary to trainers after the training program.
  • Ensure timely updation of training software and database maintenance.
  • Work closely with Training team and Scholarship Process team for analysis and reporting progress of the training programs and LPF Scholars.

  • Bachelor/ Master degree in any discipline with 2-4 years’ experience.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

The Trainee will be supporting the Marketing and Communications Lead in designing the advertising, communications, PR and media creatives in line with LPF’s vision, mission, and strategy.

Qualification, Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelors/ Masters degree Mass Communication/Marketing.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Marketing and Communication.

  • Prepare monthly skill building & training program update and share quarterly updates with the Corporate CSR Partners. Work closely with Scholarship Process team in sharing Corporate CSR Partners wise progress of the supported LPF scholars.

  • Bachelor/ Master degree in any discipline with 4-6 years experience with a non-profit organization. Alternatively a Corporate CSR/ HR/ Training & Development professional with a passion and commitment to work with non-profit organization may be considered.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills, presentation and customer centricity skills.
  • Advance MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Google survey, analysis & reporting tools.
  • Multitasking & Flexibility.
