Role Summary

Executive- Communication will support the Communication Lead in designing the advertising, communications, PR and media creatives in line with LPF’s vision, mission and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, write and disseminate content for e-mailers, short films/ videos of various events/ programs and Public Relations releases.
  • Create and develop content for Website, Newsletter and Social media.
  • Assist the Communication Lead in designing and developing content for LPF Marketing Collaterals and social media platforms.
  • Design creatives and relevant content with the use of photo editing software such as Canva & Photoshop.

Qualification, Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelors/ Masters degree Mass Communication/Marketing.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Marketing and Communication.

Role Summary

Senior Executive – Sustainability & Development will lead LPF’s Fundraising & Marketing function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strategy to achieve financial targets through Institutions and Individual Donors.
  • Establish and expand relationships with the CSR ecosystem with a special focus on Corporations, Corporate/Promoter led Foundations, Philanthropic Foundations, Social Funding Institutions, High Net Worth Individual (HNI) for fund raising and strategic partnerships.
  • Understand Corporate CSR (Impact/Employee Engagement/Diversity & Inclusion/Branding) goals and build the projects of mutual interest in consultation with project teams. Write fund raising applications/ proposals and present the proposals.
  • Manage existing partners’ relationships and expand them in terms of financial resources and coverage.
  • Ensure a robust pipeline of prospects at all time. Work towards tapping various networks to increase the base of new donors.
  • Plan and manage innovative marketing efforts like direct mail campaigns, fundraising events, crowd funding etc. as relevant.
  • Nominate LPF and its management members for relevant accredited awards and for speaking slots in Thought Leadership series.

Qualification, Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelor/ Master degree in any discipline with 5-7 years of experience in customer facing role in fundraising function at NGOs.
  • Sectorial exposure to fundraising with Corporates, Philanthropic Foundations, HNIs and Crowd fundraising including experience in financial modelling and proposal writing.
  • Very strong acumen in Business Development and Marketing.
  • Have strong networking skills and relationship orientation. Superior communication, presentation and networking skills.
  • Knowledge of Indian & International markets and fundraising for charity.
  • Entrepreneurial, innovative mind-set, with high-energy level and the passion to succeed.
  • Management degree or similar professional qualification.
  • Ability to travel across the city/ state/ country or internationally as required.

Role Summary

Senior Executive- Training will plan and organize training programs for LPF Scholars from School project. She will execute employee volunteering program of Corporate CSR Partners and publish reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with the School authorities – school teachers, principals and counsellors for gathering requirements. Interact with students and their parents.
  • Plan and co-ordinate the training programs/ workshops/ exposure visits for girls from secondary, higher secondary and graduation course of the School project.
  • Manage logistics for training activities including venues and training aids. Ensure attendance is marked and feedback is collected from the participants. Track and report training outcomes.
  • Coordinate with Trainers / online training providers, organize logistics, and communicate to the LPF Scholars for their enrolments. Communicate feedback summary to trainers after the training program.
  • Ensure timely updation of training software and database maintenance.
  • Work closely with Training team and Scholarship Process team for analysis and reporting progress of the training programs and LPF Scholars.
  • Connect with Corporate CSR Partners through in person and on call interactions. Plan and execute employee volunteering programs along with them and share summary reports.

Qualification, Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelor/ Master degree in any discipline with 4-6 years’ experience with a non-profit organization. Alternatively, a Corporate CSR/ HR/ Training & Development professional with a passion and commitment to work with non-profit organization may be considered.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills, presentation and customer centricity skills.
  • Advance MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Google survey, analysis & reporting tools.
  • Multitasking & Flexibility.

Other requirements:

  • LPF operates 6 days a week. The candidate should be ready to work on all Sundays; weekly off will be on one fixed working day.
  • The candidate should be willing to travel within the city and district.
