Role Summary

Assistant Manager – UG/PG Scholarship Process will lead end to end LPF Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) Scholarship Process across all the regions. The individual will also lead project progress reporting activities for Corporate CSR Partners and Individual Donors supporting one to one scholarship. Additionally, the individual will lead Placements function for the LPF Scholars across all the regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Scholarship process- evaluates the applications, shortlist students, plan interviews, organize award & orientation event.
  • Connect with Academic institutes, run awareness campaign around scholarship process; on-board principals, HoDs and students to create awareness about LPF scholarship initiatives.
  • Liaison with Corporate CSR partners through in person and on-call meetings, prepare and share periodic project and financial updates reports, discuss the plans, challenges and implement solutions.
  • Work closely with the Skill Building/ Training and placement department to seek the progress of LPF Scholars. Manage and maintain good relationships and records of the pass-outs and current LPF scholars.
  • Network with the Corporate CSR Partners for the internship and off campus placements for the LPF Scholars. Connect with other Corporates through networked academic institutions. Source the requirements from off campus recruitment sites. Manage coordination with hiring Corporates during recruitment process from resume submission to joining stage.
  • Supervise team, coach, mentor and support in their deliverables and development.

Qualification, Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelor/ Master degree in any discipline with 7-10 year's experience with a non-profit organization. Alternatively a Corporate CSR professional with a passion and commitment to work with a non-profit organization may be considered.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills, presentation, networking and customer centricity skills and leadership skills.
  • Advance MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Multitasking & Flexibility.

Role Summary

Sr. Executive – Training will plan and organize training programs for LPF Scholars from Undergraduate/ Postgraduate Scholarship project. She will execute employee volunteering program of Corporate CSR Partners and publish reports.

  • Plan and execute workshops, industrial visits and online training programs. Prepare monthly training calendar and implement as per the plans.

  • Coordinate with Trainers / online training providers, organize logistics, and communicate to the LPF Scholars for their enrolments. Communicate feedback summary to trainers after the training program.

  • Prepare monthly skill building & training program update and share quarterly updates with the Corporate CSR Partners. Work closely with Scholarship Process team in sharing Corporate CSR Partners wise progress of the supported LPF scholars.

Qualification, Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelor/ Master degree in any discipline with 2-3 years experience with a non-profit organization. Alternatively a Corporate CSR/HR/ Training & Development professional with a passion and commitment to work with non-profit organization may be considered.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills, presentation and customer centricity skills.
  • Advance MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and well versant with tools like Google Survey.
  • Multitasking & Flexibility.

Other requirements:

  • Manage overall project budgets and manage overall Hyderabad office operations budget. Maintain all the records, invoices etc. and furnish for the audit purpose.

Qualification, Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelor / Master degree in any discipline with 8-12 years experience with a non-profit organization. Alternatively a Corporate CSR professional with a passion and commitment to work with non-profit organization may be considered.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills including being conversant with local language. Excellent presentation, networking and customer centricity skills and leadership skills. Multitasking & Flexibility.
  • Advance MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and well versant with tools like Google Survey.

  • Collect and evaluate scholarship claims from the Scholars and process the same till the bank transfer of scholarship amount in their respective bank accounts. Maintain record of the claims/ unclaimed/ pending amount in the tally software, databases as well as in the recipient’s personal files and accounts file.
  • Prepare funds utilization reports for the donors at the end of each financial year.
  • Support Assistant Manager – Operations in evaluating online & in person applications, shortlisting students and planning interviews, organizing scholarship award event and orientation program.

  • Bachelor/ Master degree in Commerce/ Accounting with 2-4 years experience with a non-profit organization. Alternatively a Corporate CSR professional with a passion and commitment to work with non-profit organization may be considered.
  • Working experience in Tally software.
  • Advance MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) skills and well versant with tools like Google Survey etc.
