Completed M.Com, LLB (General), DTL & CS (Inter), and is pursuing MBA-Finance-II. She has also done a course in German Language, and a computer course from Inst. Of Electronics & Telecommunication Engg. Worked as Asst. Company Secretary with Indrayani Biotech since 1999. She was working as a Finance Executive & as an Asst. Company Secretary with AM Bhatkal Services. In 2007, she left the company AM Bhatkal Services and joined Alereon Semiconductors Pvt. Ltd. as a Consultant – Finance, HR and Legal. Her story has been included in the book “21st Century Belongs To Them”. In this book LPF has published stories of 23 successful Lila Fellows.

Dr. Neelu Nawani is presently working as Assistant Professor at Dr. D. Y. Patil Biotechnology and Bioinformatics Institute, Pune. Ms. Neelu Nawani completed her Masters degree in Microbiology from Mumbai University in the year 1996.. She is a recipient of fellowship from University of Pune for doctoral studies. She was also awarded Junior and Senior scholarship from Lady Tata Memorial Trust, for research. She completed PhD in Microbiology on “Diversity of chitinases of bacterial origin” and was awarded the doctorate degree in the year 2003 from University of Pune. She has worked on several research projects as a project fellow, junior and senior research fellow and research associate. She was awarded the Young Scientists fellowship from Department of Science and Technology, Government of India for pursuing research on the recovery of useful bioactive molecules from marine waste. She has worked on construction of genomic library of Shigella flexneri and Microbispora sp. for the identification of pathogenic islands and antibiotic synthesis clusters respectively. She is presently working on the biosynthesis of medicines to prevent cardiac disorders, cholesterol and cancer. Her scientific work has been published in national and international journals and she has presented her work in several conferences and symposia. She has availed funding from the Government of India for research projects. She has been appointed as a Trustee of the Foundation from 2006.

She has done B.A. Psychology  and M.A. Industrial Psychology  both with distinction  She has won National Merit Scholarship, Government Open Merit Scholarship, T. M. Joshi Prize for standing 1st in Economics (HSC) She has done a Diploma in Human Resource Management,  and a 5 days course in Psychological counseling from Christian Counseling Centre, Vellore (TN). She started her career in IT recruitment and gradually moved to the role of HR Generalist.   She has 6 years of experience in Human Resources in the IT sector. Currently she works as an HR consultant with Evolve Technologies & Services Pvt. Ltd
She has done various projects during her B.A. and M.A. course - comparative studies on Personality factors with respect to Fresher & seniors, and certain professional groups, effects of Maternal employment on division of household work, decision making & children, Adjustment problems of Deaf and Dumb.  Samina has participated in the Pune University Golden jubilee academic exhibition and received a consolation prize She has been the Joint Secretary of Psychological Association – University of Pune from 1997 to 1999. She is married   to  Rahul Deokar and has a son named Adil

Smita has done M.Com – Business Administration  MCA – Masters in Computer Application, MDSE – Diploma in Software Engineering from APTECH. She has  attended several Training Programs such as AS-400 MMS – Merchandisement Management System, SRM – Strategic Resource Management. Smita has attended the HR Summit on Employee retention organized by the IIPM Pune,
Smita has an overall knowledge on Human Resource Functions and has handled all aspects of HR Processes and statutory compliances. This includes recruitment & strategies for retention, Administrative HR, Employee Engagement & motivation, performance & development, Rewards & recognition, Performance Appraisal. 
Smita handled the overall HR Department of the Pune Unit of Shoppers Stop. She has worked as Personnel-cum-Admin Manager for Network Integrators (I) Pvt Ltd.
This vast experience has groomed Smita to be at the helm at her present assignment  as Assistant Manager – Human Resources – Aditya Birla Retail Ltd.. She has been instrumental in recruitment of 350+ team members for the initial store setup, for formulating KRA – Key Result Areas, Performance Appraisal systems and MIS Systems.
Smita has conducted several Induction training programs as well as organized Training programs to elevate skills of employees. 

Madhuri has done Masters in Computer Management  and  MC IT  from Mahatma Phule Institute – Pune  Madhuri has won the Hardikar Trophy in Class X and Lagu Trophy  from the Pune University.
She has participated in several programs like Blood Donation camps organized by the Indian Red Cross Society, has given free tuitions and counseling to students in rural areas. She has  participated in a fund raising drive for the Blind and has received a certificate of Social Service from the Indian National Foundation for the Blind.  Her interests include Gliding, shooting, Horse riding and dancing. She has been a part of NCC  - Air wing. Madhuri attributes discipline and leadership qualities to her NCC training. She aims to do her PhD  and has a goal to help and support students in rural areas, especially girls to educate themselves  She currently works as a Software developer at Yardi Software.

She has completed post graduation in Bharatnatyam Dance. Swarada is a classical dancer, teacher and choreographer. She has performed a classical dance with new idea  titled ‘SANCHIT ’. Sanchit is her accumulation of principles and philosophy of Bharatnatyam, as she has understood them over a period of her training. She has given these performances in Symbiosis InfoTech campus and Symbiosis Institute for Management Studies based on Leadership Development. Swarada has performed for several corporate shows some of them being Sandvik Asia, Maharashtra Education Society , Reserve Bank of India, Mahratta Chamber of Commerce. Maharashtra Mandal  UK Swarada besides her performances also delivers lectures on Indian Classical Dances & its aesthetics’.  She has several productions to her credit some of them being Aham, Awam, Wayam an interesting journey through different phases from Me to Us, She is trying to apply her dance technique to modern day corporate world. she has  a unique program in which she demonstrates leadership principles through dance. She wants to do comparative study of Ballet and Bharatnatyam. she has also learned Latin American dances like Rumba. salsa. cha-cha.[basic level} She performs Shakespeare’s Sonnets expressing emotions in  Bharatnatyam Dance Format.

Kasturi Graduated in English literature with 1st Class and has done MA in Music with an ‘A’ Grade  She has worked as a Music Teacher in New India School for 2006-07. She has won Best Singer Awards from the year 1998 to 2006 . Kasturi has also won the Best Music arranger Prize, 1st Prize in Khayal Singing competition , 1st Prize in an IQ competition held by Mensa in 1997. Kasturi has rendered several stirring performances some of them being Indradhanu – Pune Festival in 1999.   Utsav’97 for Aaroha Cultural  Welfare a Charitable Association. She has given several live performances in and out of Pune. She has recorded songs for Yashwantrao Chavan Academy of Development Administration.
Kasturi has been an active member of SPIC  MACAY (Society for promotion of Indian Classical Music & Culture amongst youth) since 11 years. She  has been the President of SPIC MACAY, Pune Chapter for the last 2 years. She is adept at organizing programs of various art forms and has organizing of over 200 programs to her credit performed  by eminent artists like Pt.Shiv Kumar Sharma, Bhimsen Joshi, Smt.Shubha Mudgal, Ustd.Bismillah Khan and many others.
She has performed overseas at two renowned organisations, Maharashtra Mandal and Tara Arts, London in September 2008. She has been invited by Nehru Centre, London to perform at their centre in June 2009  She is  currently into performing Hindustani classical and semi classical music and its lighter forms. She has instituted a singing academy where she trains  young fresh artists in Hindustani Music.

Anjali has done M.Sc in Organic Chemistry and has participated in  a workshop on effective Micro-organism  
Anjali has participated in several drawing competitions. She has completed Road Safety Patrol Course (R.S.P) and M.C.C. - Maharashtra Cadet Course as well. She has also participated in traffic control as a RSP student. She has been a part of several social service activities some of which include Omkareshwar Ghat cleaning program, Sant Gadgebaba Gram Swachhatta program and Sinhagad cleaning programs undertaken by her college. She has participated in several Mehandi competitions. Anjali is well versed in Mehandi, Rangoli, Rangoli frames and artificial jewellery.
She worked as Project Assistant at  Indoglobal Knowledge Venture Pvt Ltd. Presently she is working as Research Associate for ISRO ( Indian Space Research Organisation) Project, name of project is Biohydrocarbon Space Crude Project . This project is under Government  of India. The project is based on preparation of Biohydrocarbon fuel.

Deepa has done MSc Mathematics from Pune University  and has cleared SET exam
She has won 1st Prizes in lecture competition held at the University on “Monotone Convergence Theorem”& “Non Euclidean  Geometry ” as well as in Essay competitions on “Mathematics in nature” and “Mean Value Theorem & Applications”, 2nd prize in Mathematics Quiz  competition held by the Garware College  She worked as a Lecturer – Mathematics at SP college, St Miras college for BCS and BBA as visiting  faculty, and  Teaching Associate at Mathematics Department, University of Pune. Currently she is working as a lecturer at BCS Dept, Maharashtra college of Science and Commerce. 
She is also involved in social work having helped in fund raising for Umed Parivar, Blind Mens association, unicef, Sakal relief fund. Right now associated with NGO Aksharanand which works for remand home children.

She has done Master in Law from Pune University. She was working  with Indoglobal Knowledge Ventures Pvt. Ltd as Consultant since June 2007 to Feb 2008. This Company works in research process optimization and automated those processes in a user-friendly tool with the help of technology. Presently she is working in Mindcrest Pvt. Ltd. as an Advocate. It is a Private company providing  offshore legal services to US and UK based clients.  Rajashree is  an Advocate She is also a  Lecturer at  ILS Law College and DES Law College, Pune. She has  started her  independent practice. She  started with Intellectual Property registration.

She is involved in social service and  teaches  10th standard students at Aundh Janata Vasahat. She works for the  development of underprivileged children staying in Remand Home in Pune.

Sneha Nikum is a Lila Fellow of Batch 2005. Received the scholarship while she was perusing her Masters in Computer Application from University of Pune. Did her internship from Microsoft India Development Centre. She believes in her ideology - "It is better to be a prominent picture on a small piece of paper rather than being a small spec on a large canvas." Thus following her ideology, though she had job offers from many renowned companies like Microsoft, Aricent, Sasken,  yet preferred to work in a startup company, Great Software Laboratory, in Pune. She is also working as a visiting faculty at the Computer Science Department, University of Pune. She teaches Computer Networks to second year MCA students in the university.

Kiran has done BSc Zoology with distinction,  Masters In Personnel Management  She has also done BTA Batchelor in Transaction Analysis from ICTA
She has received Best Female Management Students Award for the year 2006/7, Kiran has received a scholarship from the University of Pune for passing out with distinction. Smt Indirabai Natu Smriti Paritosh Award (from Naralkar Institute for deserving students)  She organised the Cultural Event & performed Lavni at the ICTA National Conference Pune Chapter. She has won prizes for best dance and acting from Ubics Tech as well as Naralkar Institute. Kiran has won 1st Prizes for Mono Acting in an inter collegiate competition, Street Play organized by Green Week and Folk Dance by Rashtri Akatmata Vidhyarti Sanghatana. Kiran has got a Best Student Certificate for Social Service by Help Foundation – 1996, Bhartiya Jain Sanghatana – 1995 and Poona Blind Men’s Association.
Kiran has an excellent career graph, having worked as a Recruitment Executive with Ubics Technologies. Pvt. Ltd. HR Manager with Eximiuus Technologies Pvt. Ltd Currently she is with MIT as a Placement Coordinator, She is involved in welfare activities, Employee Counseling, as well as Training & Development activities as an H.R. Manager.

Priyanka has completed MSc, Microboilogy  She works part time at Crossword Book Store is incharge of the Kids section for the past 5 years. Priyanka has qualified various Drawing/Painting grade examinations, Readers Research Proficiency examinations, Geography Talent search, Rangoli Art Exams.  Priyanka has received several prizes & certificates for Rangoli designing, hand writing, Drawing & Painting.
